Lawn care in Austin: weeds, insects and disease
Chemical lawn care: weed control, fertilizer, and treatments for lawn insects and disease, plus weed control for xeriscape and rock beds. We don't mow or do yard maintenance. Treatments are timed to Central Texas seasons: a full pre-emergent, post-emergent, and fertilizer treatment in late winter and early fall, with a spot treatment and fertilizer in early summer. No contracts. Route days are grouped by neighborhood, so we can usually get to you quickly.

We look at your lawn
Your technician checks the grass type, weeds, and any insect or disease problems.
We treat, about 3 times a year
Each visit combines weed control, pre-emergent, and fertilizer, so most lawns only need about three visits a year.
We check back
Between visits, tell us if weeds come back and we’ll take care of it.

A local company, not a franchise
Neal Kezar grew up in Austin and learned the pest control business from his father, who trains pest control applicators. He started Magic Pest & Lawn in 2010. It’s still locally owned and run from South Austin.
Our technicians, including Nathan, Brent, Dave, and Brandon, work the same Austin routes week after week. Many customers have had the same technician for years.
