Rodent Control
Rats and mice in the attic, walls, and garage. We find how they're getting in, seal it, and trap what's already inside.
Roof Rats
Slender, dark-brown or black rats with large ears, a pointed nose, and a tail longer than the body.
Norway Rats
Heavy, brown rats with a blunt nose, small ears, and a tail shorter than the body.

House Mice
Small gray-brown mice with large ears and a thin tail about as long as the body.
Rodent Exclusion
Exclusion means permanently sealing the openings rodents use, with metal flashing, hardware cloth, concrete, and foam rated for rodents.
Rodent Bait Stations
Locking plastic boxes that hold bait inside, so kids, pets, and wildlife can't reach it.
Live Traps & Snap Traps
Snap traps (including a compact style for tight spaces) for rats and mice.
Inspection
A technician checks the roofline, attic, vents, and foundation for every entry point. The $55 inspection fee is credited toward the work if you book.
Itemized quote, same day
You get a quote listing each opening and how we'll seal it. Work starts only after the homeowner or property manager approves it.
Seal, trap, and check
We seal the openings, set traps, and come back to check and remove rodents until activity stops. Call the office to schedule the follow-up check.
