Rodent Control · Austin, Texas
Rodent Exclusion
Exclusion means permanently sealing the openings rodents use, with metal flashing, hardware cloth, concrete, and foam rated for rodents.
Signs you have them
- Noises in walls or the attic
- Droppings in the garage or attic
- Gnaw marks at openings
Why it matters
Trapping without sealing means new rodents keep moving in.
How we treat it
An inspection finds every opening. You get an itemized quote the same day, listing each opening and what we'll use to seal it. After you approve it, we seal the openings, set traps, and come back to check and remove rodents. The $55 inspection is credited toward the work.
Prevention
- Call the office to schedule the follow-up check after exclusion
- Tell us about any new gaps from construction or storms
From a customer
“They did a full inspection and made reasonable recommendations. They gave me a plan to seal up any potential entry points on my house. Brent was super professional, he wasn't pushy on trying to sell me any traps.”
