Step 1

Inspection

A technician checks the roofline, attic, vents, and foundation for every entry point. The $55 inspection fee is credited toward the work if you book.

Step 2

Itemized quote, same day

You get a quote listing each opening and how we'll seal it. Work starts only after the homeowner or property manager approves it.

Step 3

Seal, trap, and check

We seal the openings, set traps, and come back to check and remove rodents until activity stops. Call the office to schedule the follow-up check.

2

We inspect

We find how the animals are getting in and where they’re active.

3

We remove them

Traps or bait stations for rodents, and humane trapping and relocation for wildlife.

4

We seal entry points

Closing the gaps is what keeps them from coming back.

“Dave H was great! We heard loud scratching noises and rustling coming from our attic. Dave was able to identify a ring tailed cat got into our attic through a soffit vent. He set a trap door up on the entry point, but he also provided useful tips to keep the critters out of the house.”

Evan K. · Yelp★★★★★

“Both the owner Neal, and the technicians I worked with (Justin and Brent C and Dave H) were very responsive, answering any of my queries very quickly and in a professional manner. The entire experience was a lot less of a hassle than I had initially expected.”

Sumit M. · Google★★★★★

“Certainly would recommend this company to anybody who wants to keep pest out of their home. We use the quarterly service and Brent C. is always very thorough and helpful.”

Questions

Rodents & Wildlife FAQs

All FAQs →

How do you get rid of rats in the attic?+
We inspect to find the entry points, remove the rats with traps or bait stations, and seal the gaps so new ones can’t get back in. Read our roof rat guide.
Do you remove raccoons, opossums, and squirrels?+
Yes. We use humane live traps and relocate the animals, then seal the spot they were using to get in.
Why do rodents come inside in the fall?+
When the first cold fronts come through, rats and mice look for warm places to nest. Attics and garages are common spots.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
No. Rodent and wildlife work is quoted as its own job, with no long-term contract.
